Residential Planned Development Single Family Duplex Residence And Protected Ridgeline Overlay
The intent and purposes of the Residential Planned Development Zone is to provide a means for encouraging creative and innovative developments that are environmentally pleasing through the application of imaginative land planning techniques not permitted within other residential zones by the enforcement of more rigid standards and to maximize the preservation and development of a natural landscaped public and private open space areas and ridgeline preservation overlay zone and regulations of this article are also enacted to implement those policies of the Citys General Plan for the preservation of significant natural land forms, the maintenance and preservation of open space and the protection of the scenic backdrop to the Citys major roadways.
