Our Coverage
ZoningCenter currently provides comprehensive data for over 120 municipalities across the United States, with detailed zoning maps, code books, and property information. We are continuously expanding our coverage to include more cities and towns.
For municipalities where we don't yet have complete data, we provide placeholder information and allow users to request notifications when data becomes available. Our goal is to eventually cover all incorporated municipalities in the United States.
Our Commitment to Free Access
We believe that public information should remain public and accessible. All zoning information, municipal codes, and property reports on ZoningCenter are provided free of charge. We are committed to maintaining this free access model while continuously improving and expanding our services.
Our platform is funded through carefully placed advertisements that do not interfere with the user experience or compromise the accuracy of our information.
Data Sources and Accuracy
Our information is sourced directly from municipal governments, planning departments, and official code repositories. We work diligently to ensure accuracy and currency of all data, but municipal regulations can change frequently.
We encourage users to verify critical information directly with the relevant municipal authorities, especially for important decisions involving property transactions or development projects.
