Residential Mixed Use Zone Special Planning Mcclellan Heights Parker Homes
The purpose of the RMX zone is to allow a mix of residential and commercial uses as a matter of right, and to preserve the residential character of neighborhoods while encouraging the development of neighborhood-oriented ground-floor retail and service uses. The McClellan Heights and Parker Homes special planning district (SPD) is intended to establish development standards to implement the goals and policies of the McClellan Heights and Parker Homes land use and infrastructure plan, which encompasses a portion of the North Sacramento Community Plan.
