Limited Commercial Zone Planned Unit Development
The purpose of the C-1 zone is to provide for certain offices, retail stores and commercial service establishments that are compatible with residential developments. Planned Unit Development provides for greater flexibility in the design of integrated developments than otherwise possible through strict application of zoning regulations. It is the intent to encourage the design of well planned facilities that offer a variety of housing or other land uses through creative and imaginative planning, among them Residential subdivision developments, Mixed residential business developments and Industrial development
