Planned Development And Berry University Shopfront District
The purpose of aplanneddevelopment(PD) district is to encourage the unified design of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional uses, including combinations of uses that are not otherwise attainable under conventional base zoning districts. And the Shopfront (BU-SH) district is intended to create pedestrian shopping streets that support a variety of ground floor active uses, with residential and other above. BU-SH should be used sparingly and is intended only for areas where high level of walkability and pedestrian activity is desired.
