Industrial Park Performance Planned Unit Development
In order to promote the orderly growth and development of the community, protect the value of property, limit the expenditure of public funds, improve the opportunity for local employment and economic activity and achieve the intent of land use regulations this district is hereby established, PUD sites are intended to be developed as integrated project units giving special consideration of their impacts upon the community and therefore, special attention for their development and expansion.
