Commercial Amusement Planned Unit Development
This district is designed to provide for amusement establishments that usually require a large site, generate considerable traffic, and may involve nuisance factors, including such enterprises as bowling alleys, drive-in theaters, miniature auto race tracks, and amusement parks, PUD sites are intended to be developed as integrated project units giving special consideration of their impacts upon the community and therefore, special attention for their development and expansion.
