The purpose of the Single-Family Compact Lot Residential (R-CL)districtis to provide for thedevelopmentof single family detached dwellings and directly related complementary uses at a density of 7.99 units per acre or less and thedistrictis intended to be strictly residential in character with a minimum of disturbances due to traffic or overcrowding and the purpose of thePlannedCommunity(PCD)districtis to permit and encourage thedevelopmentof comprehensivelyplannedcommunitiesand goal of the PCD district is to ensure orderly planning of large areas of land and to create efficient, desirable and stable developments offering a combination of planned land uses and this district is designed to provide for flexibility in the zoning of large scale planned communities
