The Service Commercial (SC) District shall be established to accommodate limited, low intensity commercial activity in areas outside of and subordinate to the Commercial Center (CC) Districts (the established Village centers). The intention of the Service Commercial (SC) District is to recognize the need for supplementary commercial areas to serve tourist needs and to provide areas for office space and other limited commercial uses
