The Commercial Center (CC) District shall be established to accommodate a mixture of residential and commercial uses appropriate to a resort development, and to serve the business needs of the community. Commercial uses should provide for cultural and recreational amenities, retail sales, transit needs and storage and maintenance facilities. Residential uses should provide a mix of housing that includes permanent year round residences, work force housing, visitor lodging and seasonal multi-family residential units
