Community Facilities Planned Development
The purpose of the Community Facilities Planned Development (CFPD) District is to provide lands to accommodate those governmental, religious, and community service activities which frequently complement and are necessary to the types of activities allowed in other zoning districts, but which, due to their size, intensity, or nature of the use and the potential impact on adjacent uses, roads, or other infrastructure, should not be allowed as a use by right in a conventional zoning district.
