Sequoia Heights Residential Low Density Specific Plan
The purpose of SH-RL(SP) district is to encourage a predominantly single family suburban residential and rural environment with a wide range of lot sizes but an overall low density and clustering of units in order to achieve both affordable housing and large lots is intended, especially within larger developments and outlying canyon areas, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
