Arroyo Simi Greenway General Industrial Specific Plan
The GI zoning district is intended to provide areas for a broad range of manufacturing and quasi industrial activities, while providing appropriate safeguards for adjoining industrial property, nearby nonindustrial property, and the community in general, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
