First Royal Residential Moderate Density Specific Plan
The FR-RMOD(SP) are intended to provide for the development of moderate density residential uses and also single family detached dwellings, recreational facilities (pool or spa or restrooms) and recreational vehicle parking areas serving the on site planned community, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
