Single Family Residential Annexation

The purpose of the R1 zone is to stabilize and protect the residential characteristics of district and to promote and encourage a suitable environment for family. The R1 zone is intended to be used only for single-family homes and service appurtenant thereto. The purpose of the AN district is to identify lands which are affected by ordinances requiring payment of development fees or other mitigation measures, so that such fees or conditions may be required at the time ofsiteplan, conditional use permit, or land division approval.
