Floating Home Marina And Bayfront Conservation
The RF zoning district is intended for near shore areas of San Francisco Bay and adjoining waterways suitable for the location of houseboats and other floating homes, where appropriate marina and other support services can be provided. The Bayfront Conservation combining district is intended to regulate land and water uses, to prevent destruction or deterioration of habitat and environmental quality, further loss of public access to and enjoyment of the bayfront, or establish view corridors to the bayfront, ensure that potential hazards associated with development do not endanger public health and safety and maintain options for further restoration of former tidal marshlands.
