Agriculture Residential Planned And Bayfront Conservation
The Agricultural Residential Planned zoning district identifies agricultural areas suitable for residential development, with varied housing types designed without the confines of specific yard, height, or lot area requirements, where the amenities resulting from this flexibility in design will benefit the public or other properties in the community. The Bayfront Conservation combining district is intended to regulate land and water uses, to prevent destruction or deterioration of habitat and environmental quality, further loss of public access to and enjoyment of the bayfront, or establish view corridors to the bayfront, ensure that potential hazards associated with development do not endanger public health and safety and maintain options for further restoration of former tidal marshlands.
