Contingency Neighborhood Business
The purpose of the C Contingency District is to provide for an orderly arrangement of uses, and to provide residential property that is adjacent to potential commercial or industrial development, and single family residential property that is adjacent to potential multi family development, with enough land use protection so as not to adversely affect the health, safety, morals or convenience of the general public and the purpose of the B1 Neighborhood Business district is to provide for greenhouse having a retail outlet on the premises, bakery with sales of all bakery products at retail on the premises only, except, that catering services direct to consumer shall be permitted, barbershop, beauty shop, massage or similar personal service shops, retail store, limited in character and size to that which is of service to the immediately surrounding neighborhood only, shoe repairing, repairing of household appliances and bicycles on an individual service call basis, and other uses of a similar character limited in size and nature to those which serve the immediately surrounding neighborhood
