The R-2 Residential District is intended to provide a quiet, pleasant living area for two dwelling unit buildings, and low density two dwelling unit buildings, protected from traffic, congestion, and incompatible land uses. This district is located in areas presently served or readily serviceable by public sewer or in areas that comply with minimum lot sizes for private sewage systems as specified in COMM 85 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code.
