Traditional Neighborhood Development Infill Conditional
The TNDIC traditional neighborhood development infill district is intended to permit the development of a mixed-use traditional neighborhood integrated into the existing pattern of historic buildings by reuse of buildings as appropriate, the repetition of historic patterns as appropriate, the integration of parking, recreational facilities and other use elements in a manner that does not detract from historic elements but utilizes existing topographic features, and the creation of new neighborhoods and uses which are pedestrian-oriented and create streetscapes compatible with the existing buildings
