Single Family Residential
The intent of this district is to provide for medium density single-family development. The regulations for this district are designed to stabilize and protect the essential characteristics of the district, and to promote and encourage a suitable environment for family life. To these ends, development is limited to a medium concentration and permitted uses are restricted basically to providing homes for the residents. Certain additional uses, such as schools, parks, churches, and certain public facilities that serve the residents of the district are made conditional on review of the governing body to ensure compatibility.
