MHP-R
Mobile Home Park Residential
The MHP-R, Manufactured Home Park District is established to provide for the location of mobile homes and manufactured homes in mobile home parks and to allow for other selected uses which are compatible with the intended residential character of this district. Sites for mobile home parks shall be not less than 25 contiguous acres in those areas of the City with adequate provision of adequate public street access, water supplies and sanitary sewer facilities. Existing mobile homes and manufactured homes situated on platted lots located within the City, though recognized in their non conforming status on the date of adoption of this ordinance, will be subject to the provisions of the MHP-R District if altered in any manner
