The Single Family Attached Residential District is intended to be comprised of single family attached dwellings that are a minimum of 1150 to 1299 square feet for no more than 30 percent of all residential units and 1300 square feet for at least 70 percent of all residential units on a minimum lot size of 1680 to 3299 square feet for nor more than 30 percent of all residential lots and 3300 square feet for at least 70 percent of all residential lots together with the schools, churches, and parks necessary to create basic neighborhood units
