The purpose and intent of this zoning ordinance is to rezone approximately 22. 98 acres from Planned Development-265 District, Planned Development-231A District, and Planned Development-29 District to a Planned Development District allowing multi family residential uses with up to a maximum number of 336 dwelling units and to establish the appropriate restrictions and development controls necessary to ensure that the future multi family development is in keeping with the Grand Prairie Comprehensive Plan and is compatible with surrounding development and zoning districts
