B-2/PUD
General Business District Planned Unit Development
The purpose of this zoning district is to provide any retail business, whose principal activity is the sale of new merchandise in an enclosed building, open air business (retail sale of trees, shrubbery, plants, flowers, seed, top soil, humus, fertilizer, trellises, lawn furniture, playground equipment and other home garden supplies and equipment), restaurant, tea room, cafe or other place serving food or beverage. The purpose of the planned unit development (PUD) district is to allow the creation of a more desirable environment within residential and commercial districts through the application of flexible and diversified land development techniques under a comprehensive plan and program that is professionally prepared.
