Residential Planned Unit Development
The purpose of the RP provisions contained in this chapter and in applicable provisions of the Subdivision Regulations and Standards is to permit greater flexibility in the design and development of residential areas than is generally possible under the residential zoning district regulations. The regulations established hereunder permit a variety of housing structure types and associated facilities to be developed in a planned setting without some of the constraints imposed in other residential districts
