This Overlay is intended to Promote flexibility in design and permit diversification in location of structures, Promote efficient use of land and energy and facilitate a more economical arrangement of buildings, circulation systems, land uses, and utilities, This is the primary zone that implements the High Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation, which allows 20 or more dwelling units per acre. It is intended to provide areas accommodating the community's highest residential densities through a wide range of residential building types, group residential development, and other closely related and/or supportive uses.
