This Overlay is intended to Promote flexibility in design and permit diversification in location of structures, Promote efficient use of land and energy and facilitate a more economical arrangement of buildings, circulation systems, land uses, and utilities, This is the primary zone that implements the Medium-high Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation. It is intended to accommodate a wide variety of Residential Building Types and to serve as a transition area between lands with lower density and higher density residential designations.
