Residential Agriculture Planned Unit Development
This district is designed to preserve temporarily in agricultural use land which is suited for eventual development in some urban use, pending the need and the economical provision of major streets, utilities and other facilities. This district is composed mainly of unsubdivided lands that are vacant or in agricultural use with some dwellings and accessory uses, PUD sites are intended to be developed as integrated project units giving special consideration of their impacts upon the community and therefore, special attention for their development and expansion.
