Related businesses may be included, also, such as warehousing or restaurants, when serving primarily employees or firms on the site. The Planned Unit Development provides an overlay zoning district that is intended to encourage innovative design, conservation of significant natural features and consolidation of open space and provide for a mixture of uses with an integrated design
