The purpose of the MU-C District is to support and enhance the City major community service centers, including Geneva City schools, Cornell Agri Tech, Geneva General Hospital and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, in accordance with the vision and goals of the City Comprehensive Plan. The intent of this district is to permit a mix of residential, commercial, and institutional uses that are supportive not only of the medical or educational facilities located within the district, but also the greater Geneva community and resident quality of life.
