Residential Condominium Units
The H-R District is intended to accommodate new and existing residential high-density development through a mixture of housing types that include condominium and townhouse developments. Areas of the Town designated under this district are intended to retain the existing residential character of established neighborhoods while providing for alternative housing opportunities for the Town's residents. The district shall promote a land use pattern that protects air quality, surface and groundwater resources while working to eliminate or minimize the impacts of development in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan
