The CN district is established to providesitesfor local serving commercial areas while establishingdevelopment standardsthat prevent significant adverse effects on adjacent residential areas. The purpose of the Redevelopment (RD)overlay districtis to ensure that redevelopment within designated areas is consistent with all applicable Henderson Redevelopment Plans dated October 4, 1995, and as amended byCouncil, as well as the Downtown Master Plan and Eastside Investment Strategy.
