The CC district is established to provide sites for community and regional retailshopping centerscontaining a wide variety of commercial establishments including retail stores, restaurants, commercial recreation, and other services. The purpose of the Redevelopment (RD)overlay districtis to ensure that redevelopment within designated areas is consistent with all applicable Henderson Redevelopment Plans dated October 4, 1995, and as amended byCouncil, as well as the Downtown Master Plan and Eastside Investment Strategy.
