Commercial Medium Intensity And Multi Dwelling Medium And High Density Limited Retail Office
The C-2 district facilitates and encourages development of those uses which provide retail and service activities as a convenience to adjacent neighborhoods and whose use generally serves a population of 5000 to 30000. The R-3 zoning districts should be located on roadways classified as major local or above to avoid undue traffic congestion in lower density areas. This development should be compatible with low density multi-dwelling districts, high density multi-dwelling districts and medium intensity commercial districts. The R-4 zoning districts should be located on roadways classified as collector or above and should be located where public transportation is available and commercial and employment opportunities are nearby. This development should be compatible with other multi-dwelling districts and high intensity and regional commercial uses.
