The intent of the NBA-C Zone to encourage the comprehensive rehabilitation of the New Brunswick Avenue Commercial District by adopting standards for commercial uses that have frontage on New Brunswick Avenue in order to enhance the vitality of the commercial district and to redevelop the former Fords theatre site for visual and performing arts that will support the existing commercial uses and this Plan also assists in the protection and rehabilitation of the adjacent residential areas
