It is the intent of the Township to encourage the development of C-5 Districts as locations where motorists on the Freeway system can seek necessary services close to the Freeway Therefore, the C-5 District is intended as areas primarily to serve the Freeway users and assist in the conservation of energy by such assistance The C-5 District, therefore, will be encouraged to locate on lands readily accessible to Freeway Interchanges
