Special District 6
The intent of the Special District 6 is to promote single family dwelling, two family dwelling, townhouse development or semi detached dwelling, elderly oriented congregate housing, multifamily dwelling, lodging house, public bicycle sharing station, publicly accessible, privately owned electric vehicle charging, place of worship, rectory, parsonage, convent, monastery, other use with religious purposes and use of land or structures for educational purposes on land owned or leased by the commonwealth or any of its agencies, subdivisions or bodies politic by a religious sect or denomination or by a non profit educational corporation
