Cambridge Port Revitalization Development District
The purpose of the Cambridge Port Revitalization Development District (CRDD) district is to implement the Blue Ribbon Committee Report dated December, 1986 adopted by the Cambridge City Council February 9, 1987, to allow a diversity of land uses in close proximity within a limited area, to provide a transition from the existing Cambridge port residential neighborhoods to the business oriented uses in the District and to encourage interaction among activities located within the District to provide for mixed income residential uses as an extension of the existing Cambridge port residential neighborhood
