The purpose of this zone is to provides for small scale manufacturing and wholesale establishments, which shall be free of hazardous or objectionable levels of such elements as noise, odor, dust, smoke, or glare, are operated indoors, and generate little industrial traffic. Uses are less intense than in M2 but more intense than in BP. Limited office and commercial development may be permitted as ancillary uses.
