This Zone is situated in the historic neighborhoods within the central part of the City and in other locations where a traditional neighborhood character with a gridded street pattern is desired. The standards in this zone contain elements of a form-based code allowing a variety of uses that will be required to integrate with the established characteristics of the existing neighborhood
