The purpose of the Multi-Use zone is to provide for a variety and mixture of uses, such as professional offices, small scale retail, restaurants, recreational, personal services including public facilities, and residential both single family and multi family. Large scale commercial development may be allowed pursuant to the master plan allowances and, in most cases, should be allowed only along arterial roadways or on major collector streets. This zone is intended to ensure compatibility of new development with existing and future development.
