It is the purpose and intent of the R-1A single family dwelling district to provide lands within the village for single family residential uses of the lowest population density, consisting of no more than one dwelling unit per any platted lot. Density shall not exceed 3.6 dwelling units per gross acre based on a minimum 12000 square foot lot size.
