The C-1 zoning district is intended to provide for a mixture of predominantly offices and low intensity retail commercial uses, along with limited medium density residential use at a maximum 15 units per acre. Design standards and guidelines shall ensure development is designed in a way to ensure transportation connectivity with adjacent development along arterial and major collector roadways, pedestrian accessibility to the surrounding neighborhoods, and parking lot design compatible with the lower intensity character of the district and the surrounding neighborhoods.
