Moderate Density Single Family Residential
The purpose of the RSF-3 single family residential zoning district shall be to locate and establish areas within the Town of Dundee that are deemed to be suited for the development and maintenance of moderately, low density residential living of an urban character on minimum 55 foot wide lots to designate those uses and services appropriate and proper for location and development within said zoning district and to establish such development standards and provisions as are appropriate to ensure proper development in a moderately, low density residential environment.
