PUD-MU is enacted to provide for and encourage a compatible mix of uses, rather than a separation of uses, in accordance with the Dundee Comprehensive Plan. PUD-MU districts are defined for purposes of these regulations as planned development districts for the establishment of complimentary groupings of residential, commercial, office, industrial, or other uses.
