Capitalizes on the proximity of conservation areas, waterways and the beach by preserving additional land, thus enhancing the area's assets. This will be accomplished by allowing relatively tall buildings built near the street, in order to allow for a reduction in building footprint and consolidation of the developed area, while providing a landscaped yard between the building and street to differentiate this zone from the more urban EDBB-MU zone. Implements the Regional Activity Center category of the comprehensive plan.
