Mixed Use Employment Eastside Activity Center
The purpose of the Eastside Activity Center Overlay District is to implement the Eastside Activity Center Master Plan as well as the goals, objectives, and policies for the Activity Center of the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element. The Eastside Master Plan is intended to create a mixed use activity center with neighborhood oriented retail, institutional, residential, and office uses.
