The intent of the Residential districts is to promote and protect residential neighborhoods within the character of the Suburban Neighborhood Context. S-SU-Ix is a single unit district allowing suburban houses with a minimum zone lot area of 12000 square feet. This district requires the largest setbacks and lowest lot coverage in the Suburban Neighborhood Context. The primary distinction between this zone district and S-SUI is there are more limitations on home occupations.
