Downtown Neighborhood Context Central Platte Valley Auraria Transition
The purpose of the Downtown Neighborhood Context Districts is to provide building use, building form, and design standards for this central Denver area. The Transition district is located within approximately 1 block of established neighborhoods and buildings adjacent to and within Central Platte Valley Auraria and supports a wide range of downtown neighborhood uses. This district applies to areas near Water Street and Interstate 25; along Auraria Parkway between Speer Boulevard and approximately 9th Street; and along Speer Boulevard between Auraria Parkway and approximately Chopper Circle/Wewatta Street.
